After the implementation of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, from April 6, 2009, the activities of the Directorate of Dhaka, Karwan Bazar, TCB Building (8th Floor) were started in that year. The activities of Dinajpur District Office were started in the beginning of the department.
